Following the success of The Prequel and UK Takeover 2, Sureshot Entertainment and Detonate Promotions in association with Hiphop Connection magazine, bring you UK Takeover 3. The event will take place on Bank Holiday Sunday the 29th of May, at Rock City in Nottingham. The intention is to create something different to what is currently happening on the UK scene, in which things have become quite segregated and divided.

Artists performing on the night are: Ty, Scratch Perverts, Skinnyman, Phi Life Cypher, Mitchell Brothers, Kyza, Rodney P, Skitz, MC D, Roll Deep, Yogi and Baby J, 45, Foreign Beggars, Hoodz Underground, Joe Buhdha and many more. Also on the night, will be the 60 Second Assassin emcee battle. The top prize up for grabs is two custom made beats from Joe Buhdha and Skitz. The crowd will decide the winner and entrants are asked to register before hand at uktakeover.net

Tickets for the event are £15 + booking fee and are available from outlets around the UK including Ticketweb. Check the official site for info on coaches travelling from around the country to the event.
