Out on limited edition 7”, this three track instrumental EP will be right up the street of hardcore record collectors. ‘Uprock Theme’ consists of tons of messy scratching and dirty baselines, although the song would have benefited from more structure. ‘Rock And Roll’ works out a lot better because it’s far less noisy and allows the less frantic scratching and dope drum hits space to breathe. The title track rounds things off with the best scratching, sample choices and drums of the whole wax. The pace is slow enough for listeners to digest things a lot more but fast enough for heads to get nodding into the intense sounds.
