Spida Lee- Verbal Assassin

May 1st, 2006

Huddersfield newcomer Spida Lee drops solid verses of a standard flow over the Beat Butcher produced 'Verbal Assassin' which suffers slightly from a repetitive synth which gets increasingly boring. The drums are alright though, and the chanted chorus is pretty heavy. For a debut single it's a lot better than most and it'll be interesting to see what the guy comes up with next, considering he's already been making impressive moves at this early stage, getting lots of airplay on radio and TV.
